4. Calendar will present availability to fit the services needed (ensure the duration of your service fits within the time block and within business hours. It will not allow you to book if spot is filled. (Add service for multiple pets)
5. Complete all requested information, a card to hold on file for cancellations will be saved (not charged), a confirmation email will be provided and await your appointment time.
6. Meet the groomer with your specified instructions, and desired pictures. Please note breed, weight, and conditions about your pet in the booking notes. Payment collected at completion. Review your pet to ensure all requested services are completed prior to their departure.

Disclaimer: Pet Owners are expected to remain on site during services. At check-in grooming instructions are reviewed and signed as an agreement to complete necessary services with the pets safety and well being as a priority. Due to the tools, pet coat conditions, temperament, and equipment used during grooming, that presents possible risks such as nicks, clips, scratches, and irritation. We put every effort forth to avoid accidents, but are not liable for any refunds, exchanges, or vet bills that may arise after services are completed.

I voluntarily assume the risk that my pets(s) may experience any of the above and be exposed to or infected by such exposure that may result in injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others.

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my pet(s) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my pet(s) may experience or incur during grooming services.

On my behalf, and on behalf of my pet(s), I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the business, its employees, agents, contractors, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the business, its employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives, whether injury or infection occurs before, during, or after services.

I accept the Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability as explained by booking an appointment
